Tripura TET Exam Date 2021, Download PDF Notification 

The Tripura Teacher Eligibility Test (TTET) 2021 is a state-level examination and is usually conducted once a year. Candidates who aspire to teach students from grades (1 to 5) will have to write Paper I and the candidates who qualify Paper I will be appointed as primary level teachers. Candidates who aspire to teach students from grades (6 to 8) will have to write Paper-II and the candidates who clear Paper-II will be appointed as elementary level teachers.

How to fill the TTET Online Application Form 2021?

The below steps will tell you how to fill the TTET Online Application Form 2021 

  • Aspirants have to visit the official website https://trb.tripura.gov.in/ to commence with, the online registration process. 
  • Click on the link called "online registration form". 
  • Input all personal details such as name, date of birth, email id, contact number, address, father's name, and mother's name.
  • Submit the registration form.
  • Log in with the set registration number, password and email Id
  • Click on the "Apply Online" Link
  • Enter all professional and academic details and select your TTET eligibility criteria.
  • Upload the scanned copy of all requisite documents.
  • Select language II for both the papers
  • Select a subject, i.e. social studies/mathematics/science for Paper-II if applicable. 
  • Check whether all details entered are correct.
  • Hit the "Submit" button.
  • Pay the TTET Application Fee online through one of the available payment modes such as debit card, credit card, and net banking. 
  • Do not forget to take a print out of the application form.

T TET Eligibility Criteria 2021

Aspirants who want to attempt the Tripura Teacher Eligibility Test (TTET) 2021 must check the TTET Eligibility Criteria 2021 before filling the application for the examination.

  • Primary Level Teachers Eligibility

Candidates must have passed Class 12 with at least 50% score and 1-year D.Ed. up to 2004-05 or 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) 

(OR) 

12th grade qualified with minimum 50% scores and 4-year B.El.Ed. 

(OR) 

Grade 12th cleared with a minimum of 50% marks and 2-year D.Ed. (Special Education) 

(OR) 

Any graduate with two years D.El.Ed. (or 1year D.Ed. up to 2004-05) (OR) Graduate with at least 50% score and B.Ed. Degree holder can apply 

(OR) 

Graduate degree holder (according to the MHRD notification).

  • Upper Primary Level Teachers Eligibility

Bachelor's degree and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or 1-year D.Ed. up to 2004-05 

(OR) 

Graduation with minimum of 50% score and B.Ed. course 

(OR) 

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 45% score and B.Ed. Program as per the NCTE rules. 

(OR) 

Class 12 or Intermediate with at least 50% marks and four-year B.El.Ed. 

(OR) 

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks and B.Ed. (Special program) (OR) Intermediate with a minimum of 50% marks and four years B.A.Ed./Bsc.Ed.

Note: There is no upper age limit for Tripura Teacher Eligibility Test (TTET) 2021 test. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. It is mandatory for the candidates to be an Indian citizen and they must hold a domicile certificate of Tripura. 

 

TTET Selection Process 2021

The TTET Selection Process 2021 involves two stages. They are: 

  • Written Examination – Paper I (Grade 1 to 5) and Paper-II (Grade 6 to 8). 
  • Personal Interview Round

Candidates who want to apply for the post of a teacher for both Classes 1 to 8 have to sit for both papers Paper I and Paper-II.

Note: Tripura Teacher Eligibility Test (TTET) 2021 Paper II does not have negative marking. The questions shall all be MCQs. Teachers who want to teach Mathematics and Science will have to choose that particular subject and teachers those who want to teach social will have to choose social studies.

The subject-wise TTET Syllabus 2021 is mentioned below for your quick and ready reference. 

  • Child Development

The important topics that are covered in Child development and Pedagogy Section include child development and learning, the concept of inclusive education and understanding children with special needs and Pedagogy and learning.

  • Language I - English The major topics for Language 1 are language comprehension, principles of teaching English, challenges of teaching English and communicative approach to English language teaching, framing questions including Wh-questions, comprehensive & continuous evaluation, unseen prose passage, development of language skills, teaching-learning materials and teaching-learning materials.
  • Language II – Bengali

The essential concepts under Language II are basic knowledge of sounds and their phonetic transcription, unseen poem, methods of evaluation, remedial teaching, principles of teaching Bengali, challenges of teaching Bengali and communicative approach to Bengali language teaching, unseen prose passage and idioms, modal auxiliaries, phrasal verbs and literary terms. 

  • Mathematics

The Teacher's Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT) will release the TTET Cut Off 2021 after the examination. Below stated are the expected cut off marks for TTET 2021. These figures are only estimations based on various factors. They are not final and binding.

Candidates can download their respective admit card from the official website of Tripura Teacher Eligibility Test (TTET) 2021. All aspirants are required to carry the admit card to the exam hall. Without this document, the candidates will not be permitted to sit for the Tripura Teacher Eligibility Test (TTET) 2021.

Steps to Download T TET 2021 Admit Card

To download the TTET Admit Card 2021 online, aspirants must follow the below-given steps: 

  • Step 1: First, visit the official website of the Teacher's Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT)- https://trb.tripura.gov.in/
  • Step 2: Second, on the homepage of TRBT, you'll find an option called "Admit card".

  • The results of the Tripura State Teacher Eligibility Test (TTET) 2021 are valid for 7 years from the date of examination. 

  • The examination is conducted in 8 districts of Tripura. They are:
