REET Eligibility Criteria 2021
Educational qualification for REET 2021 for Level 1 (Class 1 to 5)
- Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) or
- Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition, Norms and Procedure) Regulation, 2002. or
- Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). or
- Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education).or
- Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) passed
Educational qualification for REET 2021 for Level 2 (Class 6 to 8)
- Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) passed. or
- At least 50% marks either in Graduation or Post Graduation and B.Ed. passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). or
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1-year B.Ed. passed, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition, Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. or
- Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). or
- Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year B.A. /B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. or
- Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education) passed or appearing in the final year of B.Ed (Special Education)
How to Apply Online for REET 2021 Exam
- You can apply online for REET 2021 till 8th February 2021.
- Candidates will be required to register themselves online through the official website http://rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in/
- Click on REET 2021 you will be redirected to another page.
- Then click on 'Register & Generate Fee Challan for REET 2021'.
- Candidates need to fill in all basic information (name, father's name, mother's name, DOB and Mobile number) and after that candidate are required to pay the application fee through online or offline mode.
- After registration, candidates need to fill the application form and upload a photo & signature.
- Before the final submission, candidates should verify that all entries are filled by them are correct.
- After final submission candidates are required to print the completed online application form.
REET 2021 Exam Pattern
According to the official notification, there is no change in the REET exam pattern.
- REET includes two examinations, different for paper-I and paper-II.
- Exam Time for Level 1 (6 to 8 Class) will be 10 AM to 12:30 PM
- Exam Time for Level 2 (1 to 5 Class) will be 2.30 PM to 5 PM
- This is an offline, i.e., pen and paper-based examination.
- The time duration of the exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- This is an objective type examination i.e., there will multiple-choice questions which include four alternatives with only 1 correct option.
- The language of the paper will be in Hindi and English and candidates can choose any language.
- There will be no negative marking.
