PGDM (Business Analytics):
The Post Graduate Diploma Programme in Business Analytics is the flagship course of Lloyd Business School. The course aims at unleashing the power of data to teach how students can use it to transform business through analytics. Tools like Modelling, Social & Web Analytics, Budgeting and Planning, Enterprise Budgeting, Design Thinking, SAS, R, Statistics, SQL, and Python are used liberally.
Industry Experts from IBM take sessions for more than 200 hours to provide the students with a more realistic learning experience. After the course, the student receives a certificate co-branded by IBM entitled: “Industry Endorsed Certificate of Achievement.”
PGDM (SCM):
The full name of this course is GDM in Supply Chain Management (PGDM SCM), and it is a 2-year full-time course approved by AICTE. The course collaborates with the Logistics & Skill Council of India (LSC). This course aims to equip the student with the necessary tools in Supply Chain Management.
A critical part of this course is the "Work & Learn Programme," centred around on-job training (OJT), giving the student a realistic overview of the job within a corporate setup. It also features the "Earn While You Learn" scheme, and the course includes international business specialisation.
PGDM (HRM):
Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Human Resources (PGDM HRM) is a two-year diploma. The faculty combines with industry experts from Manpower Group to impart exhaustive knowledge in the HR field. During the four trimesters, the students receive extensive classroom training. Then they receive two trimesters of on-job training with Manpower and other such companies for hands-on skills in the industry.
The student attends guest lectures, industry-based competitions, and regular interaction with experts from the industry during the course.
PGDM (BSF & I):
PGDM (BSF &I) programme directly collaborates with the NSE Academy, a part of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. It provides NSE Academy Certification in Financial Markets (NCFM) modules. The course is part of a Dual Specialisation Degree and features an "Experiential Learning" system through role-plays, case studies, and practical exercises.
The student also gets to attend modern language labs, and the course includes two levels of data analysis, Data Analysis 1 & 2. Digital marketing, and Advance Excel. Foreign Language and Soft-Skill Development are also included in this 2-year course.
PGDM (CORE):
This PGDM course is again a 2-year full-time course approved by AICTE, Government of India. The program is a part of dual specialisation ad prepares students to become competent and professional managers, employable by the industry.
The course focuses on cross-functional areas, making the student more competent than others when applying for jobs in the job market. In addition, the course closely aligns itself with business trends.
MBA (Dual Specialisation):
Lloyd Business School offers this dual specialisation 24-month course where the student is subjected to "Experiential Learning." The course involves classroom sessions interspersed with role plays, practical exercises, and case studies. It also includes modern language labs, soft-skill training in data analysis, Advance Excel, digital marketing, and a foreign language.
Executive MBA:
Executive MBA is specially designed for working professionals who can attend without disruption to their regular jobs. In two years, the student receives extensive management training. The course is industry-oriented so that the student has a realistic view of the management environment within the industry and across multiple disciplines.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA):
The BBA course offered by Lloyd Business School consists of a general part and a Business Analytics part. This course aims to develop the students' communication skills and train them in quantitative reasoning and business analysis skills.
In this course, the students learn the importance of economics in the global market and become aware of key global business issues. In addition, there is a dual specialisation offered wherein the student can opt for finance or marketing.
Also, there are two levels of Data Analysis – Data Analysis 1 & 2, Foreign Language, Advance Excel, Digital Marketing, and soft skill development.
