Indian Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam (IIMV) was established in 2015 and has been introduced by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, the Government of India, and the Department of Higher Education, under the mentorship of IIM Bangalore. 

IIM Vizag offers a full-time two-year Post-Graduate Program (PGP) in Management that is equivalent to an MBA degree. Admission is granted based on CAT scores, Written Ability Test (WAT), and Personal Interview (PI), along with past academic performance, gender diversity, and work experience.

The IIM Vizag PGP fee structure is INR 10.5 lakhs for candidates applying for their 2-year program. 

• IIM Visakhapatnam Admission Fees 2021-23 include access to computer facilities, accommodation, lectures, library, etc.
• The fee structure does not include textbooks. 
• Students can pay in one lump sum amount or in 6 instalments up to 7 days before the deadline.
• Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs 20,000/- as the caution deposit on the registration date for Term-1

The fee structure varies according to an applied stream of education at IIM Vizag. IIM Vizag offers scholarships in the form of Need-Based Financial Assistance (NBFA) to the PGP/ PhD students whose gross annual family income is less than Rs 6 lakh in that academic year. There are certain relaxations available to NC-OBC, CS, SC, ST and PwD students.

Scholarship 1

All PGP students with an annual household income below INR 6,00,000 are eligible to apply for financial aid. Other students with severe financial difficulties arising from sudden unforeseen circumstances are also considered.

Ministry of Tribal Affairs Scholarship (ST)

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, invites applications for the National Scholarship for Higher Education for Scheduled Tribes students of PGP first year. Under this scholarship, the entire tuition expenses are covered in full.

Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Scholarship (SC)

The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Government of India invites applications for the National Scholarship for Higher Education for Scheduled Caste students from Meritorious SC students PGP first year. This is a means scholarship that covers tuition expenses in full.
