IIM Rohtak Admission 2022: Eligibility, Selection, Online Form

IIM Rohtak is an autonomous, premier management institute in India. It was established in 2009 by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of Haryana, and industry partners. IIM Rohtak Admission for 2022 Batch Important Dates:

The Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP) was the first course offered by IIM Rohtak. It is a two-year full-time course that provides students with a broad and balanced foundation of knowledge and skills required for general management. 

Highlights of the IIM Rohtak Admission Rules:

• The admission fee for the MBA/PGDM courses is INR 2000, respectively.
• Online Registrations are over for the 2022 batch.
• IIM Rohtak will only consider the overall cut-off percentile and not the section-wise percentile.

Considering the covid condition, the institute won't organize the W.A.T. and P.I. rounds. Instead, weightage will be given separately.

 Below are the fundamental eligibility criteria that require fulfilment for the students applying to IIM Rohtak:

• The candidate must have secured at least 55% in their Graduation exams in the respective streams of education from a peer-recognized university.
• Entrance exam scores(CAT/GMAT/ GRE/UGC-NET/GATE)
• For the certification course, work experience is also mandatory.

The institute portal provides training material for students aspiring to get into top B-schools in India. It offers skills training courses in Communication Skills Training (C.S.T.), Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation. The tests are designed to help students gain an edge over the competition during interviews.

The portal has been designed keeping in view the needs of students aspiring to get into I.I.M.s / other top Indian B-schools through campus placement or PPD / PPI / MMI / WAT / XAT entrance exams. It aims at providing them with the skills required to crack these entrance exams and get into their dream schools.

IIM Rohtak Online Interview Rounds:

IIM Rohtak conducts personal interviews to evaluate the applicants for various roles in the organizations. The institute is looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about working in a professional environment, have an all-around personality, are open to learning, have excellent communication skills, and work in teams. The interviewers will look for people who can play different roles within the organization.

The interview process at IIM Rohtak follows two rounds - Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Candidates shortlisted in the online application form will be called in for group discussions in their respective cities in India. The group discussion will bring out the qualities of the candidates to handle themselves in a group setting along with their ability to think on their feet.

The institute has its cut-off criteria for shortlisting candidates. The process of shortlisting the candidates will be carried out based on their performance in CAT. The shortlisted candidates will then be called for an interview. The candidates are required to carry the following with them during the interview call:

• A printout of their admit card
• A pen
• A passport size photograph
• The list of documents required for admission
• Education certificates, including mark sheets, degree certificates, rank certificates, etc.
• Related papers like GATE scorecard with percentile or CGPA
