IIM Ahmedabad Placement & Packages 2022: Process, Lowest, Highest Packages

This time IIM Ahmedabad marks a 100% placement record. IIM Ahmedabad Average Package is more than  INR. 26.13 LPA. The IIM Ahmedabad Placements Report recorded a total of 388 job offers wherein 19 were made for overseas locations like Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Qatar in different mapping to Consulting, Marketing & Sales, Finance and General Management sectors, among others.

The IIM Ahmedabad Placement Process 2022 is a 5 stage process designed to select the best candidates for the best job profiles. The various stages of IIM Ahmedabad Placement Procedure 2022 have been listed below.

• Pre-Placement Talks are conducted to help candidates understand the company and the job profile. This helps them decide whether they want to apply for the offered profile.
• Application Process is conducted as per the recruiting company's guidelines
• Shortlisting of candidates on the basis of the applications submitted is done.
• Personal Interviews are conducted to assess the candidate's suitability for the job role in question.
• Candidates selected on the basis of their performance in the interview round shall be given the final offer letters.

IIM Ahmedabad Cluster-1 Placements

Cluster-1 majorly comprises Finance and Consulting sector placements. Following is the table that represents the IIM Ahmedabad Placement Report 2020-21 for Cluster 1 and Finance Sector. Credit Suisse Singapore offered the highest package of INR 74. 62 Lakhs per annum for the Finance sector, followed by SAIF Partners.
