IILM Greater Noida Placement & Packages 2021: Process, Lowest, Highest Packages

IILM Greater Noida’s Placement Cell works seamlessly across the year to connect with Indian companies, MNCs, and international organizations for the final placements for the PGDM graduating batch.

The placement team at the Greater Noida Campus connected with 200+ companies for the final placements of PGDM 2018-20 Batch. 150+ companies connected with the final year students of the graduating batch.

• 223 offers of final placements were received for the graduating batch till 31st March 2020.
• 53 students also received multiple offers.
• 8 international offers were received with the maximum package at INR 19 LPA.
• The average CTC for the top 100 offers stood at an impressive INR 7.43 LPA.

IILM graduates are trained in various aspects of management, including soft skills. The global study program enables them to familiarize themselves with diverse cultures overseas. Campus events, conferences, and fairs provide them opportunities for team building and leadership. Students receive enough opportunities for all-around development.

IILM Summer Internship:

The summer internship is part of the curriculum at IILM. There is a workshop before the summer internship so that students understand the process and its importance. The summer internship is 8 to 12 weeks long. The faculty members analyze the projects before assigning them to the students.

The IILM Greater Noida placement process is conducted in two stages:

1. The Laterals Process: This is when the recruiters interview the students with work experience and offer them mid-level managerial positions.
2. IILM Greater Noida Final Placement Process: Here, the recruiters are grouped into cohorts based on the profile offered.
