Jharkhand Police Group D Selection Process 2018!

Jharkhand Police has announced the selection process for the recruitment of Group D vacancies 2018. Eligible candidates can apply online for the Group D post by 24th September 2018. Candidates interested in participating in Jharkhand Police Group D exam must check the detailed selection process to have a complete insight of the exam. Jharkhand Police Group D Selection Process

The recruitment for Group D vacancies will be done in three stages. Candidates those who will qualify all the stages of Jharkhand Police Group D exam will only be shortlisted for the final appointment. Check the stages of selection procedure of Jharkhand Police Group D 2018 exam below.

Jharkhand Police Group D – Stage 1

The first stage of selection of Jharkhand Police Group D 2018 exam is consist of physical efficiency test. A race of 1.6 km will be conducted for both males and female participants which is required to be completed within 10 minutes. This stage is of qualifying in nature and successfully completion of this stage is required to be qualified for the next stage of selection.

Jharkhand Police Group D 2018 – Written Test

A written test will be conducted to judge the basic knowledge of the candidate based on class 10th education. The written test will carry a total of 50 marks, where 30% marks are necessary for the candidates to be qualified for the next stage of selection.

Jharkhand Police Group D – Practical Test

Candidates those who qualify the medical fitness test and written test will only be eligible for this stage. This stage includes a practical test consisting of 100 marks where 40 marks are mandatory to qualify the test. The practical will be based on the post preferred by the candidate. Also, Candidates have to bring their own tools during the examination such as the candidates opted for the post of cook has to bring their own utensils, stove etc.

The final selection of the candidates will be based on the marks obtained out of 100 in the practical test. Candidates those who will score the maximum marks in the third stage will be given more preference as compared to the candidates those who only qualify the exam.
