Significance of Sociology in Administration
Sociology is the study of Society- development, structure, and functioning. It is the study of social life, social change, and the social causes and consequences of human behavior. The knowledge of sociology helps us to understand the:
- reasons for social differences, such as differences in social behavior
- need of social hierarchies
- relevance of and social power in everyday life etc.
