What is GATE IN Admit Card 2023?

GATE Instrumentation admit card 2023 is the officially released document for the identification of the candidates eligible to sit for the examination. Candidates are instructed to bring a hard copy of the same on the day of examination. The GATE IN admit cards are released online and are to be downloaded and will not be sent to the registered email IDs or phone numbers.

Candidates are advised to check the details mentioned in the admit card carefully as they will be permitted to appear in the examination if only the information on the admit card match with their personal details.

GATE Instrumentation (IN) Admit Card 2023 Release Date

The tentative date of the release of the GATE IN admit card is the 1st week of January 2023. IIT Kanpur will make the GOAPS links public on its official website for students to download the GATE Instrumentation Engineering admit card. 

Candidates will be able to log in using their Enrollment ID and password to download the GATE IN admit card. In case of loss of enrollment ID, students can retrace the IDs by clicking on the “Forgot Enrollment ID/Password” option on the login page and successfully retread the ID and can further download the admit card.

How to Download GATE IN Admit Card 2023?

To download the GATE IN admit card, candidates can follow the following steps:

  • Step 1: Open the official GATE 2023 website by using the link: https://gate.iitkgp.ac.in/
  • Step 2: Go to the login option, and enter the Email ID or Enrollment ID and password created while registering for the GATE exam.
  • Step 3: Enter the CAPTCHA and submit.
  • Step 4: Download the admit card and print it for the day of the examination.

How to Retrieve GATE Login Password?

Candidates often forget their login credentials for the GATE exam and without them, admit cards can not be downloaded. Students who have lost their Login credentials can easily retrieve them from the official GATE 2023 website. Steps to retrieve the GATE login password are:

  • Step 1: Visit the Official GATE website and go to the login window.
  • Step 2: Press the  ‘Forgot Enrollment ID/ Password’ option. 
  • Step 3: Submit the registered email ID or phone number. An email will be sent to the registered mail ID or the phone number which students have registered for during the registration process on or before September 30, 2021.
  • Step 4: Fill in the OTP, Email and create a new password.
  • Step 5: Submit the details. A new password will be created.

This new password can be used to log in and download the admit card for the GATE IN 2023.
