ICC T20 Points Table for Groups A & B and Super 12 has been shared here. T20 (Twenty20) is one of the most popular game formats in cricket. In a T20 game, each team bats for a maximum of 20 overs. The game usually lasts up to 3 hours and is much shorter than previous formats of cricket.

Countries from all around the world take part in this game format introduced in the year 2003 by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and make it a huge success. T20 World Cup Point Table

Some of the best international cricket teams play the ICC T20 and their scores can be checked from the ICC T20 Points Table. Each year, the twelve teams to reach the Super 12 stage become automatically qualified for the next year’s tournament. As the match progresses, the score on the T20 WC Points Table increases.

In 2022, the countries that were pre-qualified for the T20 were India, Pakistan, England, Bangladesh, New Zealand, South Africa, Afghanistan and Australia. By going through the T20 WC Points Table, we can determine the top performing countries in the Twenty-Twenty tournament. Here are the top five countries with the most wins in the history of T20 cricket:

  • Australia - The Australian cricket team has played 140 matches since 2005 and won 72 matches. However, despite having such a successful team with fine players, Australia never managed to get the trophy in T20.
  • New Zealand - New Zealand was on the top of the Super 12 ICC T20 Points Table this year. They have played 145 matches so far and won 73 of them but haven’t managed to win a T20 World Cup yet.
  • South Africa - South Africa’s win percentage is 55.92 as they have played 136 matches so far and won in 76 of them. This team consists of some of the best players who deliver impactful performances. Despite that, they have failed to win in the major tournaments of ICC.
  • India - India has a huge success rate in T20 cricket compared to other formats. They started their journey back in 2006 and have won 91 matches out of 142 so far, with a win percentage of 64.85. India is always among the top names on the T20 World Cup Point Table.
  • Pakistan - Pakistan is the most successful team in the T20 format, with 105 wins out of 170 matches. The team started its journey back in 2006, bagged the T20 World Cup in 2008 and has a win percentage of 62.79.
