Candidates can check below the process of checking the CAT percentile

Step 1: The total number of candidates who appeared in all the 3 slots of the CAT exam needs to be calculated.Step 2: Based on the scaled score of the VARC section assign rank (r )to all candidates who appeared for CAT exam. In case two or more candidates have obtained identical scaled scores in the VARC section, then same ranks have to be assigned to all those candidates.Example: If two candidates obtain exactly the highest scaled score in the VARC section, then both candidates will be assigned a rank of 1. Moreover, the candidate scoring the second highest scaled score in the VARC section will be assigned a rank of 3.Step 3: Check the percentile score (P) of a candidate with rank (r) in the VARC section with the given formula 𝑃 = (𝑁 − 𝑟) x 100 𝑁Step 4: The calculated percentile score (P) of a candidate should be rounded off up to two decimal points.
