How to Fill XAT Application Form 2023

Below mentioned are step by step process for XAT exam registration

Step 1- XAT 2023 Registration Process

• XAT login: Visit the XAT official website or use the link mentioned above. 
• Click on Register 2023 on the right edge of the screen, a pop-up form will be displayed. 
• Enter the following details in the form 
• Name 
• Valid Email Address 
• Mobile Number 
• Choose a password
• Select state and city 
• Fill in the text in the captcha and click on Register

You will receive the XAT ID & Password on your registered email id.

 

Step 2- XAT Form fill up 2023

• Visit the official website and log in using your email id and password. 
• The XAT application form 2023 will be displayed on the screen. Fill in the form with the correct details. 
• Name of the candidate or his /her father’s name/Mother’s name etc. should be correctly spelled in the application as it appears in the mark sheets/Certificates/Identity proof. Any alteration/change found might disqualify the candidature
• Scan and Upload the Photograph & Signature as per the specifications given below
• Fill in the Academic and Work experience details of the Application Form.

• Modify details, if required, and click on SUBMIT ONLY after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded and other details filled by you are correct.’ Applicant’s details cannot be edited once the application form is submitted after payment.’
• Select the XLRI programme as per your preference if you want to study in XLRI. (Through XAT or GMAT)
• Select the XAT Test City preference. Candidates can choose two preferred test cities while filling out the XAT Application form.
• Click on the Payment Tab and proceed further to payment options.
• After the payment is successfully made, click on the Submit button.

Documents Required for XAT Online Registration 2023

• Recent passport-sized scanned photograph, preferably in white background, without caps/hats/dark goggles, etc., and having dimensions 200×230 pixels and file size between 20KB to 50KB.
• Clear scanned signature, with black ball-pen, having dimensions 140×60 pixels and file size between 10KB to 20KB
• Details about all the educational and work experience which a candidate may have with its certificate for proof
• Candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, DOB as mentioned in the high-school certificate

Step 3- XAT Registration Fees

XAT Exam Pattern 2023 (Expected)

• XAT will be conducted in Online mode.
• Till 2017, XAT has been conducted in the offline mode (pen-paper test), but since 2018, it is being conducted in an online mode. 
• The total number of questions will be 101
• The  XAT Exam Pattern 2023 is given in the table below:

Important Notes:

• Every correct answer will be awarded +1 marks
• For every negative answer, -0.25 marks will be deducted
• For every unattempted question after 8 unattempted questions, a negative of 0.10 mark will be deducted
• No XAT Negative Marking for the GK section.
• The Essay shall be evaluated after the candidate is shortlisted for the interview
