Choose a particular teacher either online or offline and study current affairs on a regular basis. It is advised by the experts that if a candidate revises the news at least three times, then he/she will be able to retain it without any issue for a long time. So, try to follow this to make your GK strong. Also, don’t depend upon too many teachers for CA. Choose one or a maximum of two and stick to that teacher. Otherwise, your mind will get bewildered and you won’t be able to study CA well.

Therefore, it is advised to be updated with these topics on a regular basis. Candidates can take help from Business magazines, articles, newspapers, and business news channels.

Solve Mock Tests and Online GK Quizzes on the daily Basis

Attempting mock tests and GK Quizzes is an integral part of your preparation for XAT 2023. Try to attempt at least 2 mocks once a week. The number of mocks should increase gradually. As many mocks you solve, your speed and knowledge would enhance gradually. Moving on to Quiz, the candidates are advised to attempt a quiz daily. Attempting online quizzes would ameliorate one’s knowledge and one would be able to analyze themselves. Also, the candidates will be up to date in current affairs. The candidates should solve PYQs to have an idea about what kind of questions are asked from static GK and Current as well.

Try to form Multiple Questions from a Question

While creating your notes, the candidates should keep in mind the topic they are studying at the moment, they should take down notes in a way that covers all the questions related to it. In this way, the whole topic will be finished. For example, if a candidate is studying a topic: Medieval History, write down all the crucial points related to it. It should be able to cover all the 5Ws’: what, why, when, where, and who. Also, if they are attempting MCQs, then, the candidate's mindset should not be the only one correcting the answer, but also, he/she should give priority to other options also. Try to figure out the other options’ information as well. In such a manner, you’ll be able to cover 4 options as well.

Spend At least Two Months before the D-day on the Revision of GK

Candidates need time to revise all the notes that they have written earlier. For that, they need at least two months to revise all the topics. Since GK is a subject that needs to be revised on a daily basis, therefore, the candidates are advised to revise a single topic at least three times before the final revision. If they do so, then the content will be fed into their mind and the candidates will be easily able to answer all the related questions. So, it’s essential to revise a topic again and again.
