XAT Authorities declared the XAT 2024 results on their official website on 20th January 2024. Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by XLRI on behalf of XAMI, held annually for candidates who aspire to get admission into the top B-Schools across the country. XAT 2024 was held in one single slot (2:00 PM -5:30 PM) on 7th January 2024. The XAT 2024 exam consisted of five sections: Decision Making, Verbal Aptitude & Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation, General Knowledge, and Essay.

How to check XAT 2024 Results?
- Visit the official website of XAT
- Select the “XAT Score Card” button or click here
- Enter your XAT ID and Date of Birth
- Now, you can view your scorecard
- Click on the candidate scorecard and download it
- You can also get a hardcopy of it
- XAT scorecards will be valid till 31st December 2024.
How to Calculate XAT 2024 Score
- Each candidate’s XAT 2024 score is calculated based on raw scores obtained in each section.
- General Knowledge percentage and percentile will be calculated independently and will not be included in the total percentage or percentile.
- For each wrong answer, 0.25 marks are deducted and for each correct answer, 1 mark is awarded.
- Negative marks are awarded for every unattempted question after 8 unattempted questions: - 0.10 mark.
- The individual marks obtained in the sections are listed and then, all of them are added to get a raw score of the candidate.
- The candidates are then ranked according to total marks obtained in the XAT 2024 exam.
What after XAT 2024 Score
- After the XAT 2024 results are announced, XLRI will announce the cut-off/percentile for admission to its Business Management (BM)/PGDM and Human Resource Management (HRM) courses.
- The candidates who will have the required percentile will be asked to fill up a form on the institute's official website indicating their interest in Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) round.
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified about the GD/PI schedule through an e-mail.
- Final selection of the candidates will be based on the candidate’s overall performance in XAT 2024, academic profile & GD/PI
