Science is an organised process that generates knowledge in the form of testable predictions and universe-related explanations.

Science may be as old as the human species, with some of the earliest archaeological evidence for scientific reasoning dating back tens of thousands of years. The earliest written records in the history of science were created between 3000 and 1200 BCE in Mesopotamia and Ancient Egypt. They produced contributions to mathematics, astronomy, and medicine, which had an impact on the Greek natural philosophy of classical antiquity. This philosophy made systematic attempts to explain events in the physical universe using natural causes.

Advantages of science
