- Article 14- Says that the state shall not deny any person equality before the law within the territorial limits of India or based on caste, religion, sex, or birthplace.
- Article 19- is about the protection of certain rights about the freedom of expression and speech, all the citizens in India have the freedom of expression & speech, to form unions, to assemble peacefully, to move freely through the territory of India, to practice and profession, and to settle in any place in India.
- Article 21- talks about the protection of life and personal liberty. As per article 21, no person shall be deprived of personal liberty and life except according to the procedure that has been established by law.
