Who was Akbar's Revenue Minister?

The revenue minister of Akbar’s court was Raja Todar Mal. He took care of crop yield and prices cultivated for ten years period i.e 1570-1580. During Akbar's reign taxation system was known as Dahlshala and the revenue system was called Zabt.

Raja Todar Mal was the finance minister of Mughal Emperor Akbar. Todar Mal was born on 1 January 1500 in Laharpur, Uttar Pradesh. He started his career as a writer but slowly shifted his profession when Sher Shah Suri, allocated him to the charge of building a new fort of Rohtas in Punjab.
