RINL VIZAG Steel Junior Trainee Eligibility Criteria 2019

Before you apply online for RINL Vizag Steel recruitment for Junior Trainee and Mechanic Trainee, it is important to know the complete RINL Vizag steel junior trainee Eligibility Criteria. The Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG/RINL) has issued the recruitment notification of Vizag Steel for junior trainee and mechanic trainee post with a total of 559 vacancies.

The online application for Vizag Steel recruitment 2019 will be started from 01st August 2019 onwards and will continue till 21st August 2019. To apply for an exam, it is important to know whether you are eligible for the post or not. Age Limit

To quality the first stage of RINL Vizag steel recruitment 2019, the candidate should fufil the age limit criteria as on 01.07.2019. Below you will find the detailed age limit criteria for all categories:

Educational Qualification

The second stage of the eligibility criteria is the educational qualification. To be qualified in this stage, you should have Matric/SSC with full time ITI/Diploma in Engineering in the following Trades/Disciplines (60% marks in regular ITI/Diploma in Engineering for Gen/OBC-NCL candidates, 50% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates in all subjects of all semesters/years). OCM (Trainees)

Matric /SSC (10th Standard) with full-time ITI (two years and above duration with NCVT Certificate in any trade) (or) Diploma in Engineering courses in any discipline (conducted by State Board of Technical Education and Training) with valid Heavy Motor Vehicle License (Transport). Candidates should have 60% marks in regular ITI / Diploma in Engineering for Gen/OBC-NCL/ EWS candidates, 50% marks for SC/ST candidates in all subjects of all semesters/years.

Intermediate, B.Sc, B.Com, BA

Professional degrees e.g., BE/B.Tech, BL, BHMS etc., MBA /Post Graduation or above

Note: Candidates those who have applied for the "Junior Trainee" or "Mechanic Trainee" post have to produce the Provisional/Final Certificate and Mark Sheets in original as proof of qualifying the course with a specified percentage of marks during "Certificate Verification". Candidates producing other documents will not be accepted in this regard. If any of the candidates fail to produce the Provisional/Final certificate and Mark Sheets in original at the time of Certificate Verification, his candidature will be cancelled.

Medical Standards

Physical Standards: The third and the final stage is the medical standards which are further divided in 2 categories. One is physical standards and the other is visual parameters, candidates failing to fulfill the following parameter will not be applicable to appear in the written examination. No relaxation in these standards will be made.

Distant Vision

6/9 Both eyes with or without glasses. After the age of 35 years one-step reduction [both eyes one step reduction (both eyes with or without glasses)].

Near Vision

J1 or N6 for both eyes. Myopia and Hypermetropia, if any, not to exceed ±2.00D in each eye.

Colour Vision

Normal, no Colour Blindness - partial or full (in Ishihara or Lantern Test).

Binocular Vision

Binocularity of vision is essential. No Squint-partial or full

Note: Candidates those wish to appear in the Vizag Steel Junior Trainee or Mechanic Trainee 2019 exam must be sound physique and free from any defect. Also, the Field of vision should be normal and night blindness should not be there. Hearing should be normal (Relaxable upto 30 db in speech frequency).
