VITEEE 2018 Application Form Out, Apply Online Now!

VITEEE 2018 is a common entrance examination and all the aspirants making it to the merit list will have an opportunity to join Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) University (VIT Vellore Campus, Chennai Campus, VIT-Bhopal, and VIT-AP). The application form is out and will be available until the last day of February 2018.

The seat will be allocated only to the candidates who appear in the VITEEE 2018. The admission will be purely merit-based and the marks secured in the VITEEE 2018 will determine the rank of the candidates. The allocation of the branches in a particular campus will be determined using the merit list. The applicants can choose the campus of their choice on the basis of their ranks at the time of counseling. The counseling will go on in phases and the candidates will be called in different phases as per their AIR (All India Rank).

VITEEE 2018 Application Form

Application form for admission to Vellore Institute of Technology University has already been available and the process will go on until the 28th of February, 2018. Applicants can edit their application form online until the 28th of February, 2018. The application form will be available online as well as offline. Offline (OMR) application forms will be available at selected post offices and VIT Campuses (VIT Vellore Campus, Chennai Campus, VIT-Bhopal, and VIT-AP). Application Fee for VITEEE 2018

The application form can be filled by going online on the VIT website or by getting the application form from one of the designated centres mentioned in the link. The charges for the online application are INR 1150 for general candidates inclusive of GST while the charges for applying offline are INR 1200 (Inclusive of GST). The mode of payment for the online candidates will be Net banking or Debit card or Credit card. The candidates are directed not to send the hard copy of application form after the completion of the process.

For NRI candidates, printed application form along with Demand Draft of USD 50 with name and application number of the candidate on the back or printed application form along with the copy of NEFT transfer of USD 50, is mandatory. 

Important points to be noted:

  • The e-mail will be the single channel of communication for booking test centre, obtaining the e-admit card, etc. Hence, it is strongly recommended that the candidates must apply with valid e-mail IDs and provide active mobile numbers for proper communication. The request for change of Mobile Number/e-mail Id/Correspondence address will not be entertained.
  • At the time of the transaction, if the amount is debited then please do not try a new application. Please wait for 24 hrs and try for the payment once again in the same registered email id. If the amount is not debited, you can try the payment again.
  • Good quality image (Scanned soft copy of Photograph and Signature) of size between 10kb and 200kb (Dimension-3.5 CM X 4.5 CM) is required in JPG/JPEG format. Also, the candidates will be asked to submit a scanned copy of Aadhar Card or proof of enrolment ID for Aadhar card at the time of counseling.

The admit card for the eligible candidates will be issued in the month of March 2018. Exclusive VIT Admission Help Line Nos. (0416- 330 5555) will be functioning from November First week onwards.

@Aditya Priyant  VIT is a paid university , and is also not good , the teaching staff are very bad , moreover placement is below average quality 😤, no product based Companies, come , only service based Companies come , and is also very bad for those who are studying core branches , so we should boycott this university
