UPSC Vacancy 2022

Huge Increase in the UPSC Vanacy 2022

The UPSC UPSC 2022 Vacancy List can increase as well. The final vacancies can be more than the reported vacancies, and by the time final results are published after a 1-year long exam cycle, the vacancies can increase further. It happened in the year 2020, as initially, the vacancy was 796, but it increased to 836 after the declaration of final results.

Stages to Fill UPSC Vacancy 2022

Every year, UPSC conducts Civil Services Exam to fill the vacancies. This exam includes three stages: UPSC Prelims, UPSC Mains, and Personality Test. One must clear all three stages of the exam to be recruited for the UPSC Civil Services Posts.

  • UPSC Prelims- This is the first stage of UPSC CSE. UPSC Prelims 2022 was conducted on 5 June 2022, and the UPSC Prelims 2022 Result was declared on 22 June 2022.
  • UPSC Mains- the second stage of UPSC CSE is called UPSC Mains. Candidates who clear the UPSC Prelims are only eligible for this round.
  • UPSC Personality Test- is the final stage of the UPSC exam, and those who clear UPSC Mains can appear for the Personality test.

After clearing all three stages of the UPSC, Exam candidates will have to go through the training period. After completing the training period, candidates will be recruited for various civil services posts.
