UP Junior High School Teacher Exam 2021: Guidelines to Follow
1. Candidates should, in addition to their UP Junior Teacher Admit Card, bring:
- Two copies of their latest passport-sized coloured photograph.
- At least one photo identity proof in Original with clear photograph (e.g. Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, PAN Card, etc) has to be carried. If a candidate fails to bring the above-mentioned documents, he/she would not be admitted into the examination venue and his/her candidates could be cancelled.
2. Prohibited items, such as watches, books, pens, paper chits, electronic gadgets(Smart Watch, Mobile phones, Bluetooth, headphones, scanner, calculator etc) are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the examination hall. If any such item is found in the possession of a candidate in the examination hall, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled and legal/criminal proceedings could be initiated against him/her. He/she would be also liable to be debarred from appearing in future examinations of the Commission as per extant rules.
3. Candidates are advised not to bring the prohibited items mentioned above to the examination venue. In case they bring any such items, they would have to make their arrangements for the safe custody of such items.
4. Candidatures of candidates is purely provisional. It is advised that candidates should satisfy themselves that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions. If at any stage it is found that a candidate does not fulfil any of the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature shall be cancelled.
5. Candidates reaching the venue after the entry closing time shall not be allowed to enter the examination hall. So, it is advisable to reach the exam centre 1 hour prior before.
6. Candidates shall have to undergo the process of frisking and ensure that their Biometric registration is completed before they enter the examination lab. Candidates shall not be allowed to leave the examination venue once their Biometric registration is completed.
7. Candidates are advised to visit the exam venue at least one day in advance so that they can reach the examination venue on the date of the exam in time.
8. Due to the ongoing covid crisis in the country, it is important to avoid any risk of getting infected. It is advisable to maintain social distancing and wear your face mask properly.
UP Junior Aided High School Teacher 2021: Important Do's & Don't
- Wear a face mask all the time that covers your mouth completely.
- Strictly follow social distancing.
- No materials are to be exchanged in the UP Junior High School Teacher examination hall.
- Avoid coming in contact with strangers as much as possible.
- All the used face masks and tissue papers should be thrown in a closed dustbin.
- Sanitation hygiene should be maintained while using a public restroom/washroom during the UP Junior High School Teacher Exam.
- Do not touch your mouth, eyes, and face without washing your hands.
- Avoid touching anyone or a handshake.
- Publicly spitting is strictly prohibited.
- Ensure that you have no COVID symptoms on the UP Junior High School Teacher Exam day.
