UIIC Assistant Selection Procedure 2017 (Prelims/Mains/Language Test)

United India Insurance Company Limited 2017 has released the notification for the post of an assistant after two years. Eligible candidates can apply for UIIC Assistant 2017 Exam until 28th August 2017. UIIC Assistant is an admirable opportunity for those who were waiting to join the insurance sector. To help you more, today we are sharing the 2017 UIIC Assistant Selection Process which will help you to determine the selection stages in UIIC & will help you in making better strategies. UIIC Assistant selection process will consist of Online examination (Preliminary and Main Examination). Candidates qualifying in the Main Examination will be further shortlisted for Regional Language test before final selection. UIIC Assistant Selection Process

UIIC Assistant 2017 Selection Procedure involves three stages which are as follows:

I. Tier I – Preliminary Examination

II. Tier II – Mains Examination

III. Regional Language Test

UIIC Assistant Preliminary Examination

The Preliminary Examination will be conducted online for 100 marks, with the time duration of One Hour and will consist of 3 sections as follows:

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of an adequate number of candidates State-wise and Category-wise equal to 7 times of the respective number of vacancies for Tier-II – Main Examination.

UIIC Assistant Mains Examination

The Main Examination will be an objective test & will also be conducted online for 250 marks with time duration of Two Hours and will consist of 5 sections as follows:

Note: –

A) The test will be available in both English as well as in the Hindi language except for the test of English language.

B) Candidates have to clear both sectional as well as overall cut off in order to crack the examination.

C) Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of an adequate number of candidates State-wise and Category-wise equal to 7 times of the respective number of vacancies for Tier-II – Main Examination.

UIIC Assistant – Regional Language Test

1. The Final Selection of the candidate will be based on the performance subject to qualifying language test. Regional Language Test is qualifying in nature where no marks will be added but one has to qualify in order to get selected as an assistant in UIIC.

2. To clear this test one must have studied the language of the State till standard VIII or any level above standard VIII from the Government recognised Boards of Education/ School or having any certificate to the effect for standard VIII or any level above standard VIII would be considered proficient in that local language with Valid AADHAR card (or) E-Aadhar Card which should be produced during the Regional Language Test

3. If the candidate does not meet the above requirement at the time of selection, he/she will be given a time period of six months from the date of joining to acquire the proficiency.
