B A University invites qualified candidates in UR, SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories to apply online for regular positions of professors (Entry pay of Rs. 1,44,200/- in the Academic Pay level 14 as per 7th CPC), Associate Professors (Entry pay of Rs. 1,31,400/- in the Academic Pay level 13A as per 7th CPC) and Assistant Professors (Entry pay of Rs. 57700/- in the Academic Pay level 10 as per 7th CPC) as per the official notification released. Eligible candidates can apply from 05.05.2022 to 07.06.2022.

Step 1: Go to the official website dbrau org in and click on the ‘Apply Online’ tab. 

Step 2: On the next page enter your email Id and register yourself.  

Step 3: After registration, login into the portal using your credentials and fill in the application form. 

Step 4: Make sure you fill in every required detail and double-check everything. 

Step 5: As the last of the application process, upload your photograph and signature. 

Step 6: Check every detail and pay the required fees. After making the final submission, take a printout and send it to “Registrar (Residential Wing), Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra (U.P.) – 282004″ by registered post which should also have two self-address envelops stamped with Rs. 50/-along with the demand draft.

Eligibility Criteria for B A University

B A University Professor Eligibility 

• An outstanding scholar with a doctoral degree in the relevant discipline and has published at least 10 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals or journals on the UGC list and received an overall grade of 120 for research in accordance with the criteria given in Appendix II, Table 2, UGC Regulations, 2018 
• Minimum ten years of teaching experience as a professor associate professor or associate professor and/or research experience of an equivalent level at the university/institutions at the national level with confirmation of successful work with the candidate for doctoral studies. OR
• An outstanding professional with a doctorate with an academic degree in applied disciplines from any academic institution that has made a significant contribution to knowledge in the relevant discipline, supported by documentary evidence, provided that he has ten years of professional experience.

B A University Associate Professor Eligibility

At least eight years of teaching or research experience in an academic position equivalent to that of an associate professor or accredited research institution, with at least seven publications in peer-reviewed journals listed on the UGC NET list and a total score of seventy-five according to the criteria in Appendix II, Table 2 of the UGC Regulation, 2018.

B A University Assistant Professor Eligibility

• At least 55% have a Masters’s degree in a relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. There is a 5% relaxation for SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / PWD candidates.
• UGC NET performed by UGC / CSIR is a mandatory or other government SET test.
• Those applicants who obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy, are exempt from min. qualification condition of NET/SLET/SET.
