Tripura TET Preparation Tips 2021:

TRBT conducts Tripura Teachers’ Eligibility Test (T-TET) 2021 in two papers, namely, T-TET. Paper-I is for a person intending to be a teacher for Class-I to Class-V, and T-TET Paper-II for a person intending to be a teacher for Class-VI to Class-VIII.

Tripura TET is scheduled to be conducted in the month of September and October. Paper 1 will be held on 26th September and Paper 2 will be held on 3rd October 2021. Candidates can read the notice related to the exam date given below:-

1.  Tripura TET Exam Pattern

  • In the Tripura TET, there will be 150 questions asked carrying a total of 150 marks and the time allotted will be 150 minutes.
  • It will be conducted through Offline Mode.
  • The question paper will consist of objective-type questions.
  • There will be no negative marking in the Tripura TET exam.

Note: Mathematics and Science for Maths and Science teachers (Science Background students). Social Science is for Social Science teachers (Arts Background students).

2. Tripura TET Syllabus

  • Tripura TET Syllabus is different for Paper - I & Paper-II.
  • Tripura TET Paper-I includes Child Development & Pedagogy, English, Bengali, KOKBORAK, Environmental  Studies, Mathematics.
  • Tripura TET Paper-II includes Child Development & Pedagogy, English, Bengali, KOKBORAK, Social Studies, or Mathematics & Science.

4. Learn the basic concept and practice quizzes

  • Initially, focus on the basic concepts of each topic especially in child development & pedagogy.
  • Try to solve the quizzes of each subject regularly and improve accuracy as well as the performance in each test.

5. Make a habit to prepare short notes

  • Once you start your preparation, try to prepare short notes of the topics.
  • These short notes will help you to revise the entire syllabus at the last moment before the exam.
  • Highlight the important points in your short notes which will be beneficial during the revision period.

6. Revise all Concepts and Theories Before the Exam

  • After the completion of the whole syllabus, try to revise all the important topics weekly.

8. Tripura TET Exam Qualifying Marks:

  • TRBT will conduct Tripura Teachers’ Eligibility Test (T-TET) 2021 in two papers, namely, T-TET Paper-I for a person intending to be a teacher for Class-I to Class-V, and T-TET Paper-II for a person intending to be a teacher for Class-VI to Class-VIII.

  • Indian nationals residing in Tripura (having Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate) can apply online through the official website of TRBT.

  • Candidates are instructed to bring the following:

    • Admit Card (T-TET 2021),
    • Black ballpoint pen,
    • One photo bearing identity card (like voter ID, AADHAR, etc.) for appearing in the test
  • There is no age limit prescribed for candidates appearing in T-TET.

    • Question Paper (T-TET Paper-I & T-TET Paper-II) will have 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of 1 (one) mark each in the subjects under the relevant papers.
    • Candidates have to shade/darken the right choice of answer among the four options. Each right answer will be awarded one mark.
    • There will be no negative marking.
    • Question papers will be in English and Bengali only (other than language Papers).
    • All OMR Answer Sheets for marking answers and instructions etc. will be in English only.
