An aspirant must have a full-time B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering from a recognized university or institution with 75% marks for candidates belonging to general and 65% for the SC.

TNPL Graduate Engineer Trainee Age Limit

As per the notification, a student before applying should ensure that they do not exceed the maximum age limit criteria otherwise their application will be canceled.

Salary of TNPL Graduate Engineer Trainee

According to the details furnished in the TNPL Graduate Engineer Trainee recruitment notification, an applicant will go through rigorous training for two years. The salary of a TNPL Graduate Engineer Trainee will be Rs. 27,900/-p.m. for the first year and Rs. 31,500/-p.m. for the second year.

However, on completion of the training, the candidates will be absorbed for the post of Junior Plant Engineer withing the pay scale of Rs. Rs. 17300-520-22500.
