The pressure of steam while passing over the moving blade of the reaction turbine decreases.

Solution:

The moving turbine blades in a reaction turbine are designed to allow steam to expand and lose pressure as it flows past them (as shown in figure below). A reaction force will be generated as a result of the pressure decrease of steam in the moving blade. 

From the above discussion, it is quite obvious that the pressure of steam while passing over the moving blade of the reaction turbine decreases.
