This kind of circuit shares many similarities with combinational circuits and feedback circuits.
• Synchronous Sequential Circuits: In synchronous sequential circuits, the clock signal synchronizes the state of the memory components. In this instance, either latch (memory devices) or flip-flops are used to store the output. Only positive or only negative edges of the clock are used to synchronize the output.
