THDC ET Vacancies: Branch-Wise

THDC released the number of Engineer Trainee opportunities available through GATE 2022. The candidates in the Civil, Electrical and Mechanical branches will be appointed, and 1-year training will end with confirmation of the Job based on a performance assessment. The eligible branches are as follows:

Eligibility Criteria for THDC Engineer Trainee 2022

Candidates should have a full-time regular bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech / B.ScEngg.) from an acknowledged Indian University approved by AICTE with not less than 65% marks for THDC Recruitment through GATE 2022. The candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for THDC Recruitment through GATE 2022.

1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for THDC Recruitment through GATE 2022. 
2. The candidate should fulfill this notification eligibility criterion as per THDC Recruitment through GATE 2022. 
3. AICTE's appropriate statutory authority should recognize all Indian universities/institutes.

Candidates interested in THDC recruitment 2022 must meet the following age requirements as of 31st July 2022, in addition to the other requirements.

Selection Procedure for THDC Engineer Trainee

The Eligible candidates must have appeared for GATE 2022 and will be shortlisted based on GATE 2022 score performance from among the candidates who want to apply against the advertisement for the Engineer Trainee (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) in THDCIL.

Candidates will be shortlisted from among those registered with THDCIL based on merit-based GATE 2022 scores and will be extended an "Offer of Appointment" on a provisional basis.

• In case the GATE score-2022 of two candidates are the same, then marks obtained in Engineering Degree will form the basis. If the marks obtained in Engineering Degree are also the same, then marks obtained in Class XII will be considered.
• The GATE 2022 score (normalized marks out of 100) will be used entirely in the selection process for this recruitment. GATE scores from 2021 and earlier are no longer valid.
• There will be no group discussions or interviews, and candidates will be chosen solely based on their GATE scores.
• The GATE normalized scores will be used to create the merit list.

THDC ET Application Fee 2022

THDC ET Salary & Service Bond 2022

The organization provides a beautiful compensation package. During the training period, selected candidates will be paid Rs. 20,600-3% -46500 (IDA) (Provisional). After completing the training, the candidates will be hired as Sr. Engineers in the E-3 grade, with a salary of Rs. 24,900-3%-50,500 (IDA) (Provisional). 

Placement

• Selected candidates will be required to complete a one-year training program following the schedule. If the trainee's unsatisfactory performance, the training period can be extended.
• The posting location will be determined after successful completion of training, based on the needs of the Corporation's various units/projects/offices.

Service Agreement

• Selected candidates from the General and OBC categories will be required to execute a Service Agreement Bond of Rs 2,50,000/- and SC/ST/PH candidates Rs 1,25,000/- to complete the prescribed training and serve the company at least three years.
