Age Limit for THDC Recruitment 2022 for Engineers

Candidates interested in THDC recruitment 2022 must meet the following age requirements as of 1st August 2022, in addition to the other requirements. THDC recruitment 2022 for Engineers on contract term has an age limit of 32 years in place of 28 years for other recruitment with GATE.

Candidates will be shortlisted from among those registered with THDCIL based on merit-based various factors scores and will be extended an Offer of Appointment on a provisional basis. The selection process consists of marks obtained in academic qualifications (on marks obtained in BE, Btech), Job Experience and Personal Interviews.

Remuneration

The organisation provides a very attractive compensation package. Selected candidates will be paid Rs 60,000/- per month (CTC) (Provisional). However, candidates can negotiate a higher CTC for deserving candidates depending on their academic qualifications and job experience.

Placement

If the trainee’s unsatisfactory performance can extend the training period, selected candidates will be required to complete a one-year training program following the schedule. The posting location will be determined after successful completion of training, based on the needs of the Corporation’s various units/projects/offices.
