The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to be considered for THDC Recruitment through GATE 2022.

Age Limit for THDC ET

Candidates interested in THDC recruitment 2022 must meet the following age requirements as of 31st July 2022, in addition to the other requirements.

Selection Procedure for THDC Engineer Trainee

• Candidates will be shortlisted from among those registered with THDCIL based on merit-based on GATE 2022 scores and will be extended an "Offer of Appointment" on a provisional basis.
• The GATE 2022 score (normalized marks out of 100) will be used entirely in the selection process for this recruitment. GATE scores from 2021 and earlier are no longer valid.
• There will be no group discussions or interviews, and candidates will be chosen solely on the basis of their GATE scores.
• The GATE normalized scores will be used to create the merit list.

• Candidates must apply only through the THDC website's "CAREER" section of the online recruitment portal.
• Candidates should have the following before registering their applications on the THDC's website:
  • Personal details
  • Educational qualification
  • Valid Gate-2022 scorecard
  • Category details
  • Signature and Photograph
• Candidates must register on the Online Recruitment Portal by providing all required information. Candidates can access the Online Recruitment Portal after successfully completing the registration process.
• Candidates interested in applying for a position should click on "Apply for a Post" and complete the online form with all the required information.
• Applicants are recommended to take a printout of the system generated application form after successfully submitting for a specific vacancy in the Online Recruitment Portal.

Remuneration

• The organization provides a very attractive compensation package. During the training period, selected candidates will be paid Rs. 20,600-3% -46500 (IDA) (Provisional).
• After successfully completing the training, the candidates will be hired as Sr. Engineers in the E-3 grade, with a salary of Rs. 24,900-3%-50,500 (IDA) (Provisional).

Placement

• Selected candidates will be required to complete a one-year training program in accordance with the schedule. If the trainee's performance is not satisfactory, the training period can be extended.
• The location of posting will be determined after successful completion of training, based on the needs of the Corporation's various units/projects/offices.

Service Agreement

• Selected candidates from the General and OBC categories will be required to execute a Service Agreement Bond of Rs 2,50,000/- and SC/ST/PH candidates Rs 1,25,000/- in order to successfully complete the prescribed training and serve the company for at least three years.
