Army Public School TGT PGT Subject-wise Strategy

The exam for PGT & TGT posts will be conducted for 17 Subjects namely- English, Hindi, Sanskrit, History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Psychology, Commerce, Computer Science, Home Science & Physical Education.

  • To score marks in any subject the candidate should keep revising the concepts and theories.
  • The practice is the only milestone that will help candidates to excel in the Mathematics section. Try to attempt questions from each and every topic in order to check the progress level. Practice as many questions as you can in order to have a grip over the subject. For e.g. Ratio & Proportion topics have different types of questions so try to practice all the types of them.
  • Analyze the previous years’ question papers which will give you a fair idea about the questions that can be asked in the exam.
  • Focus on the content of NCERT books for Army Public School Preparation.
  • Keep revising the important topics regularly. 
  • The pedagogy part of any subject is of great significance so practice as many questions as you can.

AWES Selection Process 2022

The selection of teachers will be done in three steps: -

Step 1: Screening Exam(Online Exam)

  • An`Online Screening Test’ will be conducted in an on-line mode.
  • Those who qualify in the exam will be given a ‘Score Card’ which shall be valid for three years from the date of qualifying the online exam in any CBSE affiliated school for at least one year.
  •  For PRT candidates exam will be of 90 marks (90 minutes).
  • For Trained Graduate Teacher/ Post Graduate Teacher exam will be of 180 marks. It consists of two parts of 180 minutes.

Step 2: Interview

  • Army School shall announce the vacancies through means like Local Newspapers & the School Website and Candidates holding scorecard would apply for the same. 

Step 3: Evaluation 

  • For Language teachers, a written test ( Essay & Comprehension) of 15 marks each will be held along with the evaluation of teaching skills.
  • Computer Proficiency Tests.

Army Public School Admit Card

As per official notification exam for TGT/PGT/PRT posts are scheduled to be conducted on 19 & 20 February 2022. It is notified that APS admit card will be out on 10 February 2022, so candidates fasten their preparation mode and ensure their position in Army School.

  • The exam for AWES PRT/TGT/PGT is scheduled to be conducted on 19 & 20 February 2022. To qualify for an interview, the candidates must pass the Online Screening Test. Particular dates for PRT/TGT/PGT as per schedule to be decided depending on the number of candidates who register for the exam.
