Educational Qualification

Candidates willing to apply for the Driver in Delhi police post must be 12th std pass or equivalent from a recognized Board (as on 29.07.2022 i.e. the closing date of receipt of online application). 

SSC Delhi Police Driver Age Limit

Age Limit: 21-30 years as of 01-07-2022 the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1992 and not later than 01-07-2001 to be eligible to apply online for the SSC Delhi Police Driver 2022. Physical Measurement Requirement

Physical parameters for Delhi Police Driver Eligibility also include height, chest measurement, and expansion. It’s crucial to meet the physical criteria. The following height and chest measurements and eyesight are necessary for Delhi Police Drivers.

Height

• Minimum 170 cms.
• For residents of hill areas & ST Candidates: relaxable by 5 cms

Chest

• Minimum 81 cms to 85 cms (with a minimum of 4cms expansion).
• For residents of hill areas & ST candidates: relaxable by 5 cms

Eye Sight

• Should be in sound health, free from disease/defect/deformity. Better eye 6/6 without glasses.
• Worse eyes 6/12 without glasses. Free from colour blindness. No relaxation is permissible.

• Candidates should be able to drive heavy vehicles with confidence.
• Candidates should possess a Valid HTV driving licence for driving heavy motor vehicles.

SSC Delhi Police Constable (Driver) Selection Process 2022

SSC Delhi Police Constable (Driver) Selection Process 2022 consists of the following stages:

The examination will consist of the following stages:
(i) Computer-Based Examination,
(ii) Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT)
(iii)Trade Test and
(iv) Medical Examination of the recommended candidates

SSC Delhi Police Driver 2022: Apply Online

Candidates who meet the Delhi Police Driver Recruitment 2022 requirements may submit their applications online by visiting the official website or clicking on the direct Delhi Police Apply online. The online application link will be active till July 29, 2022. Application Fees

• Fee payable: ₹ 100/- (Rupees One hundred only). 
• Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fees.
• Mode of Payment: BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI
  Challan.
• Last Date of Payment: 30.07.2022 (2300 Hours).
