SSC CPO 2018-19 Physical Test (PST/PET) Dates Out. SSC has released the dates of SSC CPO 2018-19 Physical Test (PST/PET) for both Male & Female for the recruitment of SI in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF. This SSC CPO Physical test is being conducted after the declaration of SSC CPO Tier 1 Result. Those candidates who have qualified SSC CPO Tier 1 are eligible to appear in SSC CPO Physical Endurance / Standards Test. Check SSC CPO 2018-19 PST/PET Admit Card and dates from the link given below.

As per the official notice, PET/PST is scheduled to be conducted from 22 July to 31 July 2019.

PHYSICAL ENDURANCE TEST Details

For Male candidates only

  1. 100 meters race in 16 seconds
  2. 1.6 Km race in 6.5 minutes
  3. Long Jump: 3.65 metres in 3 chances
  4. High Jump: 1.2 metres in 3 chances
  5. Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metres in 3 chance

For Female Candidates only

  1. 100 metres race in 18 seconds
  2. 800 metres race in 4 minutes
  3. Long Jump: 2.7 metres (9 feet) in 3 chances.
  4. High Jump: 0.9 metres (3 feet) in 3 chances.
