  • As per the students feedbacks who had appeared for the SSC CGL 2023 Tier 1 exam on 14 July 2023, the difficulty level of the exam was easy to moderate
  • The difficulty order of the sections in all the four shifts remained same, i.e., General Awareness > Reasoning > Quantitative Aptitude > English
  • Good number of attempts for the SSC CGL exam on 14 July 2023 can be taken as 76-80.
  • There were total 4-5 current affairs asked in the general awareness section. These questions were mostly from recent current events but also from the year 2020, 2021 and 2022. Questions were asked related to sports events, government schemes and awards.
  • Question pattern in the English section was similar to the previous years papers. Vocabulary words were repeated from the previous years papers.
  • In the maths and reasoning section, out of the 25 questions, around 3-4 questions were a bit lengthy rest were doable.

As per the Students’ feedback, the difficulty level of the quantitative aptitude section was Moderate for shift 1 whereas it was in the range of easy to moderate for shift 2.
