SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Pattern 2023

Once candidates clear stage 1 of the SSC CGL selection process, they appear for the SSC CGL tier 2 exam 2022. Tier II (Paper-I, Paper-II & Paper-III) will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions, except for Module-II of Section-III of Paper-I. Note:

The Tier II of the SSC CGL exam consists of three papers, namely Paper-I, Paper-II, and Paper-III, which will be conducted separately on different shifts or days. Paper-I is mandatory for all the posts, whereas Paper-II is for candidates who have applied for the position of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO). Similarly, Paper-III is for those candidates who have been shortlisted in Tier-I for Paper-III, i.e., for the post of Assistant Audit Officer. It is essential for candidates to be aware of the specific papers they need to appear for, depending on the post they have applied for and have been shortlisted in Tier-I for.

There will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer in Section-I, Section-II, and Module-I of Section-III of Paper-I and of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-II and Paper-III
