SLAT 2022 Last Minute Preparation Tips

  • Exercise/ Meditate: At times of stress, exercise or meditation is the last thing that one would want to do. Exercise is a proven stress buster. Go out for a walk. Give yourself that extra push so that you feel fresh before the exam.
  • Take adequate sleep: Before the start of your SLAT exam, take proper sleep. Do not cut down your sleeping hours. You need to go with a fresh mind on your day of examination. Take proper 8 hours of sleep. Students who deprive themselves of sleep tend to be slow and therefore, they have low levels of concentration.
  • Remain Positive: It is essential that we remain positive before the exams. Some stress is natural but at times we self-create it and thus we feel low. It is necessary that we remain happy so that we have a proper positive frame of mind on the day of exam.
  • Do not start with a new Topic: It is not possible that we finish off any new topic in the last week. Set targets that are easily achievable. So that it does not lower your morale before the exams.
  • Prioritize your revision time: With less than a week remaining it is important that we prioritize our topics for revision. Maintain a proper time table for revision of your subjects. Tick off the topics that you have revised.
  • Take time to unwind: Take some time to unwind yourself. Listen to your favorite music for an hour or just laze around for a while. Unwinding will help you keep your stress at bay.

So remember a negative mind will never give a positive outcome. So, all the best for SLAT 2022.
