• Meaning: (of an appearance) fail to give a true impression of (something).
• Synonyms: disapproving, negative
• Antonyms: attesting, indicating
• Usage in a Sentence: A tree whose delicate beauty belying its real toughness.

4. Word: Tranche (भाग)

• Part of Speech: Noun
• Meaning: a portion of something, especially money
• Synonyms: portion, share, chunk
• Antonyms: whole, complete, total
• Usage in a Sentence: The first tranche of $500 million was disbursed last month.

  a. an inflationary period accompanied by rising unemployment and lack of growth in consumer demand and business activity.
• Synonyms: deflation, depression, recession

• Usage in a sentence: Stagflation is likely to hit the Indian economy after the pandemic. 

7. Word: Sanguine (विश्वासपूर्ण)

• Pronunciation: sang-gwin/सैंगविन

• Meaning: 
  a. optimistic or positive, especially in an apparently bad or difficult situation.

10. Word: Retard (गति धीमी करना, प्रगति रोकना, मानसिक रूप से मंद)

• Pronunciation: ret-er-d/रीटार्ड
• Part of Speech: Noun, verb
• Meaning: 
  a. to make something slower (verb)
  b. a stupid or mentally slow person (noun)
• Synonyms: delay, impede, slow down, hinder, slow
• Antonyms: accelerate, expedite, galvanise, hasten
• Use in a Sentence: Reductions in pollution levels could retard global warming.
