Manager (Marketing)

• Age (as on 31.10.2020):
  • Max 40

• Educational Qualification: (As on 31.10.2020):
  • Full-time MBA/ PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing/ Finance from Institutes recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC.
  • Course completed through correspondence/part-time will not be eligible.

• Required Skills:
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Product marketing and management
  • Campaign management, event, and sponsorship skills.

• Work Experience (As of 31.10.2020)

  • Minimum 5 years post qualification experience as an executive in supervisory / management role in the field of marketing of digital and other financial products in

    • Scheduled Commercial Bank or

    • Public sector or listed Financial Institution / Company

  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience in marketing (with technical and finance background).

Deputy Manager (Marketing)

• Age (as on 31.10.2020):
  • Max 35

• Educational Qualification: (As on 31.10.2020):
  • Full-time MBA/ PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing/ Finance from Institutes recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC.
  • Course completed through correspondence/part-time will not be eligible.

• Required Skills:
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Product marketing and management
  • Campaign management, event, and sponsorship skills.

• Work Experience (As of 31.10.2020)

Interview

Candidates who are shortlisted through the online test will be called for the interview round. The interview round has a weightage of 25 marks.
