IGCAR In Hand Salary for Stipendiary Trainee

The salary for the IGCAR stipendiary trainee is categorized in 2 categories, category 1 and category 2 as given below in the table. 

The candidates who will be selected for the post of stipendiary trainee post will be given a stipend for the 1st 2 years as given below. Upon successful completion of the training period, the candidates will be given a monthly salary.

After you have completed the training period, your monthly salary for the IGCAR Stipendiary Trainee will be as given in the table below.

IGCAR Stipendiary Trainee Bond Agreement

Candidates appointed to the post of Stipendiary Trainee will be required to execute a bond of 3 years. If they do not fulfil the bond for a 3 years period, they will be required to pay the aggregate amount of stipend collected if you quit during your training period or the bond amount with interest if you quit after absorption.

Probation Period for IGCAR Technical Officer

The candidates appointed to the post of IGCAR technical officer will be on probation for 2 years. During the probation period, the candidates will be given training and will be under the supervision of their seniors. THe training period for IGCAR technical officer will be for the 1st 6 months.

Electrician	To maintain the working of all the electrical devices at work
Rigger/Fitter	To work with pulleys, cranes, ropes, etc on the worksite.

Plant Operator	To handle, maintain all sorts of equipment on the worksite
Welder	To assemble, fabricate different components of equipment and also ensure its proper working.
