The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has released the notification for 254 vacancies. The notifications were released on September 30, 2021, and the registration form to apply for the vacancies is available from Oct 13, 2021, till November 12, 2021 (Revised). Here we will be discussing the detailed step-by-step instructions on how to fill out the application form for FSSAI 2021 along with other important information related to the examination. FSSAI will conduct the recruitment process for various posts. Candidates who have applied for the posts will have to clear two computer-based tests and afterwards appear for the interview process.

Interested candidates wishing to apply for FSSAI different posts must know about all the important dates related to the examination. 

Candidates need to follow the given instructions to fill out the application form for FSSAI:

• If the application form has been released there will be a link/notification to it on the top of the homepage.
• Click on the link and you will be redirected to the application form.
• Fill out the form which will ask for your personal information like name, address, date of birth.
• Upload your photograph and signature.
• Complete the application form and make payment.
• After payment and confirmation, download the application form in pdf format for future reference.

Know FSSAI Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates who apply for various posts of FSSAI will have to go through 2 Computer-based tests which will be followed by Interview or Skill Test.

• CBT (Stage 1): Candidates need to appear in the computer-based test which is an online test consisting of multiple-choice questions. Candidates in the ratio of 1:20 (20 candidates for one post) will be selected for the next stage.
• CBT (stage 2): This is also a computer-based online test in which the candidates have to qualify in order to appear for the interview process. Candidates are selected in the ratio of 1:5 (5 candidates for one post).
• Interview/Skill Test: This is the last stage of the recruitment process. Candidates have to appear in the interview stage or skill test and based on the performance of the candidates in this stage final selection will be made.

Final Selection: For final selection, a merit list will be prepared which will be having weightage from all the stages of the recruitment process. Marks assigned from the stage in the merit is given below:
