Important Exam Day Instructions for RVUNL JE Electrical Exam

• Get the RVUNL JE Admit Card printed- Get several copies of the RVUNL JE Admit Card printed beforehand as students would not be allowed to sit for the exam without it. Students also need to have two recent passport-sized photographs to paste on the attendance sheet.
• Reach the examination center early- According to the official notification, candidates are advised to reach the examination center at least 2 hours before the commencement of the RVUNL JE Exam. Students would need to get the following formalities done before they are allowed to sit for the RVUNL JE Exam;
• Submission of Call letter and Identity proof-verification
• Iris scanning and Biometric Verification
• Attendance Marking
• Logging in 
• Carry a copy of Photo-Identity Proof- Students are required to bring a photocopy of a valid photo identity proof. A Valid ID proof could be an Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, and Pan Card. It is crucial to bring a photocopy of the ID card as it would be submitted along with the admit card at the end of the examination. Failure to do so might lead to disqualification of the candidate.
• Carry a ballpoint pen and stamp ink pad- As per the official notification, students need to bring with them a clear ballpoint pen and an ink stamp pad to the examination center. 
• Leave your phone and other gadgets at home- Students would not be allowed to carry anything like watches, mobile phones, blank papers, etc to the exam hall. It is better not to carry anything else to the exam center to avoid any problems.

Social Distancing Norms for RVUNL JE Electrical Exam

RVUNL has also released a set of social distancing norms that must be followed by you during the RVUNL Junior Engineer 2021 exam. 

• Wearing the mask is compulsory. 
• Make sure to carry sanitizer for the RVUNL JE exam
• You must carry your own water bottle. The bottle must be transparent
• Make sure that you have the Arogya Setu app on your phone. 
• Maintain social distancing norms
• Mapping will not be displayed on the board outside the exam centre. It will be provided individually upon entering the exam centre.

• Signed and stamped Scribe form in case of candidates who need one.
