As per the candidates who have taken the exam in the shift-1 and shift - 2 of RRB NTPC CBT 1 Exam held on 20 January 2021, we have made a detailed analysis section-wise which is given below:
RRB NTPC Exam Review 20 January 2021 (Shift-1): Mathematics
Mathematics section was of moderate level. No change was seen in the mathematics section. one question was seen from pipe and cistern, the rational and irrational number, LCM and HCF. There were 4 questions asked from average and 4 from statistics. Overall, considering the difficulty level of shift-1, 23 - 25 attempted question will be considered as a good attempt. All in all this section was moderate. in shift-2 mathematics was a bit easier, not too easy as compared to shift-1. For shift - 2, 24 - 27 can be considered as a decent number of attempted questions.

This was again the easiest section for the candidates as the questions were not that difficult and repeated. A few questions from the Venn diagram and statement conclusions were tough. RRB NTPC Exam Review 20 January 2021 (Shift-1 and Shift-2): General Awareness
General awareness section gave the hard time to the students. In this section, static general knowledge and current affairs gave the hard time to candidates. According to the candidates, out of 40 questions, 20- 25 questions were easy and repeated. In static general knowledge, some questions were new and non repeated ones. questions were asked about the first satellite, president of Sri Lanka and the noble prize 2007 winner. Some questions were new which were not expected. Overall 27 - 29 can be taken as a reasonable number of attempted questions. For shift-2, 28 - 31 is expected to be a good number of attempted questions.
