RRB JE Age Limit
RRB JE age limit is prescribed on the basis of the nature of the post. Candidates desiring to apply for the exam must meet the RRB JE minimum and maximum age limit. Any candidate who fails to comply with the set age limit is not eligible to take the exam. RRB JE age limit varies from category to category for which the details have been provided below:
- The minimum or lower age limit to apply for the post is 18 years
- The maximum or upper age limit is 33 year

RRB JE Nationality
The nationality of candidates is also an important factor that determines their eligibility. RRB JE nationality describes the nations or countries whose residents are eligible to apply for the exam. The concerned authority selects the countries for RRB JE Nationality Criteria based on their relations with India. Candidates from any of the following categories are eligible to apply for the exam:
- Citizen of India
- Nationals of Bhutan/ Nepal
- Tibetan refugees who had migrated to India before January 1, 1962
- Person of Indian origin who has migrated to India from countries such as Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, East African Countries of Zambia, Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zaire, Malawi, Ethiopia & Vietnam.

RRB JE Medical Qualifications
Candidates also need to adhere to medical qualifications in order to be eligible for the job of Junior Engineer in the railways. Candidates have to go through a medical test, which is the final stage of the RRB JE selection process, and the candidates have to ensure that they meet the RRB JE medical standards that are set by the board.

Number of Attempts for RRB JE
As per the RRB JE notification, there is no limit to the number of attempts. However, the candidates must make sure that they fulfill the age limit and educational qualification as per the dates prescribed by RRB.

Candidates must be aware of the key points related to the RRB JE 2023 Eligibility. The following are the important points to note while applying for the RRB JE Exam:
- Candidates in their final year of graduation or diploma are not eligible to apply for the exam.
- At the discretion of document verification, your caste certificate, PWD certificate, or NOC will be required.
- Candidates from the reserved category are only eligible for age relaxation.
