A healthy person is better equipped to deal with the physical and mental challenges of everyday life. Take proper sleep, do regular exercise, and eat healthy food.   • It is a well-known fact that a long period of studies can be counterproductive when the brain becomes tired and lose focus. It is advisable that study periods must be divided into 30–45-minute sessions with regular intervals. Revision hours should be 1/4th of the number of hours dedicated to study. Preferably revise twice, once before sleeping and once just after waking up.
