REET 2022 Notification: Important Date
The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teacher (REET) Exam is conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan. The REET Notification 2022 has been published on 11th April 2022. REET Eligibility Criteria 2022
REET is the teaching eligibility test comprised of 2 exams i.e. Paper-1 which is conducted for the selection at the primary level i.e. class I to V and Paper 2 which is conducted for secondary level i.e. class VI to VIII. Here we are discussing the REET Eligibility criteria for different levels separately.
Age Limit: The candidate is eligible to fill the application during his minimum age of 21 years with age relaxation for the candidates from the reserved category.
Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: (Primary Stage):
Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- a year Diploma in Elementary Education.
OR
Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- a year Diploma in Elementary Education.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- a year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
OR
Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage):
Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- a year Diploma in Elementary Education.
OR
Graduation or post-graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
OR
Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), following the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- the year in B.A. /B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1- year B.Ed. (Special Education).
Note: Note:- Amendment by NCTE Notification No.F.No. NCTE-Reg/012/22/2019-US(Regulation)-HQ. Dated 13th November 2019 “At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and B.Ed.” the following Proviso inserted-“Provided that minimum percentage of marks in graduation shall not apply to those incumbents who had already taken admission to the Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education or equivalent course before the 29th July 2011.”
REET Application Fees 2022
In the following table, the REET 2022 Application Fee is mentioned in detail. The candidates belonging to the General and OBC Category need to pay Rs. 550/- for One paper and Rs. 750/- for two papers. Meanwhile, SC and ST category candidates need to pay Rs. 250/- for one paper and Rs. 500/- for two papers as application fees.

How to Apply Online for REET 2022
- Candidates can apply online through the official website of the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) @ rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in
- Click on the Registration process or Login portal.
- Click on Apply Now.
- Candidates have to fill in all the required details- Personal Details, Level Applied for, Educational Qualification, Adhaar card Details etc.
- Upload your documents, scanned recent coloured photograph and signature.
- Pay the fees and print the application for future use.

REET Result 2022
The REET Result 2022 will be declared after the exams are conducted. The result will be uploaded firstly on the official website of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer along with the list of selected candidates. REET is a qualifying exam and a candidate has to score at least 60% to get selected. The qualifying limit for OBC/ST/SC is a minimum of 55% marks. Candidates belonging to Extremely Backward Class (MBC) and Economically Weaker Section have also been given 5 per cent relaxation in qualifying marks of prescribed educational qualification (Senior Secondary or Graduate) in REET 2021.
