Candidates applying for Stenographer through RSMSSB should have passed Class 12 from a recognised board or its equivalent examination. Candidates should also fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:

“O” or higher-level certificate course conducted by DOEACC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India

OR

Certificate course on computer concept by NIELIT, New Delhi OR Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/ Data Preparation and Computer software (DPCS) certificate organized under National/State council or Vocational Training Scheme

OR

Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Science/ Computer Application from a university established by law in India or from an institution recognized by the government.

OR

Senior Secondary certificate from a recognized board of Secondary Education in the Country, with the computer science/ Computer Application as one of the subjects.

OR

Diploma in computer science & Engineering from a polytechnic institution recognized by the government.

OR

Rajasthan State Certificate course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.

Candidates must follow the below-mentioned steps to apply for RSMSSB Stenographer Exam:

Step I: Visit the official website viz. sso.rajasthan.gov.in

Step II: If you have not registered earlier then click on ‘Registration’

Step III: To register through Google account click on ‘Google’ Icon

Step IV: Accept when the pop-up appears by clicking ‘Mein shapath leta huin’

Step V: On successful registration, you will receive a message on your registered mobile number

Step VI: Get back to the home page, click on ‘Login’

Step VII: Enter your Username and password followed by filling the captcha details

Step VIII: Scroll down the menu and click on ‘RECRUITMENT PORTAL’. You will be redirected to the application page

Step IX: When the application page appears, click on ‘Apply Now’ located on the ‘Ongoing Recruitment’ section

Step X: Address the necessary details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, date of birth, age, category, address, etc. Click on ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the page once done

Step XI: Similarly, fill your personal details, qualification & experience

Step XII: Upload your passport size photograph (JPEG format with a maximum size of 0.3 megapixels and should be in between 50 KB and 100 KB) and signature (JPEG format with size in between 20 KB and 50 KB). The photograph of signature taken from mobile will not be accepted

Step XIII: Pay the application fee through debit card or credit card or net-banking

Step XIV: Download the PDF of a filled application form and take a print-out for future reference
