Rajasthan Judicial Service Allowances

Aside from the Rajasthan High Court Civil Judge Salary indicated above, judges are also entitled to the following perks and benefits:

  1. Residence: Judges are supplied with a residence that is specifically designated for them, as well as sufficient finances for its management. Furniture assistance is provided to them.
  2. Conveyance: Sedan vehicles are provided to various officers according to their cadre for transportation to various locations. They may also be given a fuel allowance or a loan to acquire a vehicle in their own name.
  3. Security: For the safety of judges of all categories, home guards without guns are supplied. For further security, armed guards are deployed to judges hearing criminal proceedings.
  4. Water and Electricity Charges: Civil Judges are permitted to use up to 6000 units of electricity per year, whereas District Judges are permitted to use up to 8000 units per year. 
  5. Children's Education Allowance: At the government's expense, the judges are provided with a children's education allowance of Rs. 2250 per month for education and Rs. 6750 per month as a hostel subsidy or real expense, subject to a minimum of the two.
  6. House Construction Allowance: Advance for the construction of a new house, the acquisition of land, or the refurbishment of an existing house is given to court authorities.
  7. Medical Allowance: All judicial officers are entitled to a monthly medical allowance of Rs. 3000. In addition, they get paid for any medical expenditures incurred by their family members.

Rajasthan Judicial Service Probation Period:

Employees are required to complete training for the suggested duration of time, which is stated on the official website, and are only given a basic income when the training period is over. They are also eligible for a greater salary package after completing their probation period and beginning work as full-time workers. Employees are only eligible for benefits and allowances after successfully completing the training session.
