Present age of elder brother is thrice the younger brother’s age. 7 years from now elder brother will be twice as old as younger brother. 
Quantity 2: Present age of the younger sister.
Two sisters with 7 years age gap, both have ages as a squared number. When we add the present ages of two sisters, we get another perfect square number.

Quantity 2: The new area of the rectangle if the length of a rectangle is decreased by 20% and breadth of the rectangle is increased by 20%. The area of the rectangle was 500 cm2 initially and length was 25 cm initially.

Find the distance if
Quantity I: A man covers a distance in 15 hours. He covers first half at 12 kmph and second half at 15 kmph.

Quantity II: Two buses moves towards each other at a speed of 30 kmph and 40 kmph respectively. When they meet it is found that faster bus covers 30 km more than slower one.
