POSOCO Recruitment 2019 through NET: Vacancy Details

• The number of vacancies will be issued before the start of UGC NET JUNE 2019 examination i.e. 20th June 2019.

POSOCO Recruitment 2019 through NET: Eligibility Criteria

a. Executive (Human Resource)

• A candidate with MBA with specialization in HRD/HRM & Personnel Management is eligible.
• A minimum of 60% marks or PG degree in Social Work/IR.
• Maximum age limit (General) candidates - 28 years as of 31-07-2019.
• Maximum age limit for OBC (NCL) candidates is 31 years.
• Maximum age limit for SC/ST candidates is 33 years.
• Maximum age limit for PWD candidates is 38 years.

Note: Final Year Master's students can also apply for Executive (Human Resource). But the students must be able to show the PG completion certificate with a minimum of 60% on or before 31.08.2019.

b. Assistant Office Trainee (Public Relations Officer)

• A candidate having Post Graduate Degree/minimum 2 years Diploma in subjects, Public Relations/Journalism/Mass Communication is eligible for Assistant Office Trainee.
• A minimum of 60% marks or PG degree in Public Relations/Journalism/Mass Communication.
• Maximum age limit (General candidates) - 28 years as of 31-07-2019.
• Upper age limit for PWD candidates is 38 years.

Note: Final Year Master's students can also apply for Assistant Office Trainee (Public Relations Officer). But the students must be able to show the PG completion certificate with a minimum of 60% on or before 31.08.2019.

Selection Process

It is a two-stage process.

Stage I: Register for UGC NET June 2019. The marks obtained in the exam covers 85% of the total marks.

Stage II: Group Discussion/Interview conducted by POSOCO Management.

Salary

• Executive Trainee (HR): The candidates who will be selected will get a pay scale of ₹60000-180000 with other allowances and benefits as applicable, during the one-year training period.

• Assistant Officer Trainee (PR): Selected candidates will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 24500/- (Due for revision) per month during one-year training. After the regularisation, they will be selected on the pay scale of ₹50000- 160000 and other allowances and benefits as applicable.
